Clean venue with great location to go to Durres' center also very close. Location next to umbrella during the whole stay, the Albanian coast and good halal restaurants. Outstanding & big size room with bedroom, new matresses. A wide array of appetising food at breakfast time.

Our stay at Joel Residence was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The beach was right there, and we had our own umbrella and sunbeds included. The staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful, especially the owner who even helped us fix our car. The room was spacious and clean, with a big fridge and a lovely balcony. The beach was perfect for kids, with shallow water and soft sand. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. our experience was amazing and we would definitely come back.
